b3nedits respects your privacy. This page explains what the site collects, what it does not, and which other services are involved.
The site uses no cookies for tracking or advertising and keeps no account of who visits. It sets a cookie of its own only when a special link is opened: a link with ?v= sets b3n_variant, which keeps an alternative look of the site for 30 days, and a preview link sets b3n_preview, which lets the site's owner see pages before they are published, also for 30 days. Neither is used to identify or follow anyone.
The pages are served by Cloudflare, which sees the technical details of each request (such as an IP address and a browser type) in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google's servers receive the request for the font files.
A message sent through the contact form reaches b3nedits by email with what you typed (your name, email address, company or project if given, and the message), the country your request came from, the time and your IP address, so that it can be answered and abuse can be stopped. The contact pages load Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from bots; it runs in your browser and is handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Plugin purchases are handled by Payhip: Buy opens Payhip's checkout at shop.b3nedits.com. When you buy, Payhip collects the email address and the payment details needed to take the payment and deliver the files, under Payhip's own privacy policy. b3nedits sees the email address and the order, never the card details. Payhip also tells the site about each purchase and refund, and the site keeps the order number, the email address, the plugin and the date, so that only buyers can review a plugin.
The community and support run on Discord. Anything you post there is handled under Discord's terms and privacy policy.
Your information is used only to answer you and to protect the site from abuse. What you share when you buy is also used to deliver what you bought and to send updates to it. It is not sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing.
This policy may change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new wording.
