These terms cover the use of b3nedits.com. By using the site you agree to them.
They also cover what is sold through the site, and buying something through it means you agree to them too.
The plugins are sold through Payhip. The purchase, the payment and the delivery of the files are handled under Payhip's terms, and a refund is asked for through Payhip. A plugin that does not run on a supported version of After Effects, and that support cannot get running, is refunded in full.
A plugin purchase is a licence, not a transfer of ownership. One purchase is for one computer, and covers personal and client work alike. It does not allow the files to be shared, resold, bundled, or passed on in any form, and it does not allow the plugin to be presented as someone else's work.
Updates to the version you bought are free and arrive through your Payhip download link. A new major version is a new product.
The plugins are provided as they are. b3nedits is not responsible for a project that renders differently after a plugin is applied, for lost work, or for anything a third party does with an edit you make.
The site is provided as it is.
The community Discord has its own rules, posted inside it. Support for the plugins is given there, in good faith and without a guaranteed response time.
These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new wording.
